I have learnt many new skills such as running different types of assays and software used to analysis. I have developed my existing skills such as pipetting and weighing correctly.
i really enjoy the programme its manageable with workload so stress level is low
my employer is always willing to help if i have issues and if they do not know the answers themselves, they will find someone who will.
whenever I need support i just email and they will respond as soon as they can. my advisor is really good when i have questions he has a quick response.
my qualification help me a lot with the work i do within my role as it helps me understand the theory behind the work
there are social events such as lunch and games evenings

it has a very welcoming company, the staff are really friendly and always willing to help they have a strong understanding of teamwork, and the work is very interesting.
try learning as much as you can from others as they all have different methods of running things this helps you find a way that is best for you to help with your development.
