Working with children in a classroom. Taking on reading groups and working with small groups on their phonics. Working closely with a child who shows symptoms of needs and ensuring he is involved in carpet and lesson timeS
Learnt new skills on how to do certain tasks and figuring out ways that are easier for me. Developed existing skills such as better communication with both children and staff.
Somewhat enjoy it. There are some areas to still work on and i feel as though i dont receive the support i need all the time.
The school is not very organised in a variety of different ways. For example, My tutor has been changed and im unsure of who this may be.
not much communication with the employer. I feel as though a lot of the staff could make better effort to come and communicate with me as an apprentice and help me develop on skills.
A lot of support is received from LMP. Working towardw my qualification is enjoyable and i am on track with most of my work.
Allows me to know about new skills and how i can apply it to my day to day work hours.
There are some activities every term. For example, a spring or winter fair.’
