  • I work with kids age 7-8. I do one on one interventions with them such as reading maths and English. I help with the SEN students and giving them extra support.

  • I learnt about new ways to reward children eg. Stickers and certificates. I learnt about new behaviours that link to autism and adhd.

  • I love my programme and it is setting me up well for success in being a teacher.

  • It is well structured and planned which makes me not stressed and feel overworked.

  • I get an amazing about of support from my employer. I am very happy.

  • I recieve a lot of support. I get fast responses when I’m stuck on what to do. I get tasks simplified to me if I don’t understand which makes me feel very much supported.

  • I perform better in my role and it is very structured and organised. I feel this routine helps me to keep on track of any study I have to do.

  • I get involved in activities at lunchtimes and breaks that is called community games which help children to socialise and work as a team.

  • I would say just be yourself and include as much detail as possible on your strengths.
