My role so far has been to observe and practice. I am being taught the programming languages I will need for work within the business. I will be going into the finacial sector within Capgemini and working on accounts within this area.
I have learned new skills in programming. I have also developed my proffesionalism skills.
I have really enjoyed my programme so far. I have encountered different and challenging tasks and am being pushed to do my best.
I feel very valued within Capgemini as they put a lot of effort into training and supporting their new talent.
My programme so far has followed a rigid and organised structure.
I receive alot of support from both Capgemini and QA who are the training providers for the course.
I have received a lot of support and have been paired up with a mentor within Capgemini.
The salary for this course is fantastic compared to an apprentice elsewhere.

Yes
Capgemini are a well organised big company who put a lot of effort into trainning and their renumeration package and progression line are excellent for an apprenticeship programme.
apply as soon as possible and make sure you try your best at the interview stages because if your get a possision within thier apprenticeship programme you are set for life as long as you are willing to put the effort in.
