As an apprenticeship it confuses me that you end up learning on you own from a computer watching videos of stuff you wont use most of the time. Not much time is actually spent on the role you are working too. My only hope is this will follow later in the course/apprenticeship.
Not consciously may find some of the information will show up later.
It's OK but lots of time wasted on stuff you really don't use in life.
I find it difficult to balance my learning with my role
Some support but has been lacking from immediate management team
Very supportive
Yet to see it hope it will help me to progress in to a management role.
Some but don't start until later in the yeat
Yes
Quick change over of staff so should be able to progress quickly once in a management role
Make sure you are focused on what you want as negative staff can derail your goals
