I'm a apprentice nursery assistant which involves me working in preschool in my job alongside children planning and implementing different activities for the children as well as completing coursework off the job.
I've developed my communication skills and being more confident when I am doing things like professional discussions as well as learning new things within the education sector
I enjoy how the coursework is very manageable and it isn't too much of a workload and it also links in to my practice at work.
It is now well structured and I am able to get every resource that I need for completing different courseworks as well as it being easy to arrange meetings and being able to ask for help when I'm stuck
I receive a lot of support via the means of resources when completing coursework and key information as to when I am stuck or unsure how to word something correctly
I receive a lot of support if and when I need it as well as support contributing to new units as well as old units once the first draft has been marked to help achieve my best grade.
It is helping me learn different things alongside my work role as well as being able to be more confident in my communication skills and implementing different ideas that I have.
There have been team building events which helps us come together and work together properly as a team whilst getting to know and speak to each other even more enabling us to feel more comfortable and open with each other.
