I work in the Tradepoint department, mainly serving traders, signing up new traders. Stock filling, making orders, checking consents meet the gdpr regulations
My customer service skills are much better, always something to learn. I'm using a computer more and developed some skills there. I've learnt how to amend existing orders, how to cancel then on a computer
I like to learn new skills, which this could be where I might find them given the right time ans space to do this
Could be better, I feel there could be more training given to people who are not quick learners, like myself
I get time for meetings, webinars, but that's basically it. When ask if I can get some hours for example, I get told yeah... but then nothing
I do get quite alot, if I have any problems I can message them and they quite quick to reply considering they all jobs to do as well
I have only been doing this a couple of months but have also learnt quite alot already I have even changed a few things that I was doing, not wrong, but differently

Everyone is friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone and anyone, no matter what background you are from are made to feel welcome. They believe in diversity and equality which is a good thing in the kind of world we live in now
