Leading the seasonal team with their day to day operations. Creating rotas and fulfilling staff needs surrounding wellness and their day to day lives in the company. Serving customers with their needs and fulfilling their orders.
Communication skills and reasoning with difficult customers. Planning projects and delegating tasks to staff. Growing my accountability and performing more roles within the store.
It was manageable and simple to understand what was expected from me and what was needed from me. The Teams meetings were communicated well and were conducted well. The modules were relevant to my job role.
The structure was simple to follow and there was a pattern throughout all of the modules and they were made very easy to navigate.
I had as much support and guidance as needed, B&Q gave me enough time to carryout my tasks as well as provide me with adequate check-ins regarding my progress.
Very helpful and they ensured that I was happy with my learning before we moved on to the next module. They pushed me to expand my learning.
It has given me more clarity into the meaning of the company hierarchy system and how I can perform my job role as efficiently as possible.
