Product development, creating new products, maintainance of existing and improving current. Kitchen scale, pilot scale and factory scale.
Learnt new skills like emotional intelligence. Greater understanding of management styles and techniques.
Mostly, some sections I feel are not required and are pretty basic. More face to face would be good.

Given enough time to cover requirements, not had any work/learning clashes so far.
