HR Admin, onboarding of new starters, processing leavers, payroll, timesheets, and Employee Relation issues, note taking during investigations, mentoring managers
Confidence, HR law and knowledge, policies and procedures, employment law, development of Maths, English and IT skills
I do enjoy the programme however the amount of written requirement in each project is time consuming and above the 8 hrs per week provided by the employer

Supported in the time given to complete out of hours learning however very little support is given to help complete projects or in direct learning. The ability to be self motivated is a must.
