I am sale coordinator apprentice with in the wine department. I help to generate contracts, list stock, telephone bid, prepare for our sales and carry out post sale tasks, I am also a client liaison. Essentially I oversee each sale we hold in the wine department and keep track of all stock information and consignment information.
I have learnt many new skills. Such as navigating excel with confidence. Using contract express to generate contracts for our cosigners and then proceeding to DocuSign these contracts out to our clients. Furthermore, I have also built confidence in the workplace - an invaluable skill to have. Lastly, I have proudly completed my telephone bidding training.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme and am glad I chose this option over going to university as I have been exposed to many amazing opportunities that would not be on offer to me anywhere else. I have made some amazing friends who are like minded people and feel proud to be a Christie's employee.
My programme is very well organised. I definitely feel well supported by my manger and my team. I am given enough time to also complete my multiverse work so I never feel behind.
I receive immense support from my employer, my manager is supportive and understanding in all aspects of working life. Training is available to all employees which help me excel in my role and support my team.
I receive support from my training provider with my assignments and feel that I am always capable of reaching out to them with questions when I need help or guidance.
My training provider has widened my understanding of excel which has helped me evolve in my position at Christie's.
There are many committees and social at Christie's. My favorite 'social' are the Christie's Lates events which truly are not one to miss. The recruitment team also organise many apprentice socials which are always fun.
