My role is in audit, which involves working in a team on one client at a time, reviewing their financial accounts against evidence provided.
I have developed my client interaction skills, networking skills and communication skills.
I enjoy the work, having responsibilities and working within a team.
The team responsible for professional qualifications are very disorganised.
My manager (called a "career coach") is not very involved in my development at all, tries to do as little as she can and avoids talking to me as much as she can.
We do not get enough "live, in college" tuition compared to other firms, for cost-saving reasons. We also do not get any study days for resits, which is unlike our competitors.
My qualification is essential for the role as we cannot practice without it.
Yes, although more diversity of sports clubs would be appreciated.
Yes
For the interesting work we do and the opportunity to study for the professional qualification.
Think of examples where you have demonstrated the "PwC Professional Attributes" which can be found on our website.
