Evaluating existing safety procedures and keeping up to date with compliances methodology, in order to implement changes, by contributing towards the safety and assurance of ongoing projects.
Continuously developing knowledge in regulatory procedures and standards of the aviation industry. Developing existing problem solving skills.
I enjoy the programme very much.
Moderately, but definitely learning towards well organised. And miscommunication is between the course provider and the company, however, the company seemed unsure on what to do with the apprentices within the company. This however can be credited to the learning pathway of the course provider being ambiguous and there is no clear instructions whether the company is required to provide additional development pathways on top of the apprenticeship/mastership scheme ran external of the company.
I receive strong support from my line manager.
It is still early days but support seems to be swift and efficient.
I feel that it is an extremely specialised field and there is a potential risk of silo-ing myself in this area and miss out on opportunities to branch out.
There is a variety of sports club and on overarching Sports and Social Club that governs most of the sport-based clubs. There are also clubs that provides language tutoring and other particular interests.
Yes
The company is extremely keen on making new-comers feel included and engaged in their early careers programme, any feedback is taken onboard and processed seriously unlike some I have previously experienced.
Good preparation on what the company does and what services it provides, a better understanding of this can help prepare the candidate how the company operates and what future prospects it holds upon successful application.
