  • My role on a daily basis involves supporting one of Babcock's project teams with meeting and room bookings, arranging travel and catering for the team and also minute taking in team meetings

  • I have developed many new skills as i came straight from school i had a lot to learn ,my communication skills and confidence have grown massively along with knowing how Babcock's systems work for example when booking travel.

  • I thoroughly enjoy the programme

  • It is organised and well put together but occasionally things can be last minute

  • Babcock are really good at supplying support for their employees there are lots of networks you can join for support and mental health and wellbeing is commonly spoken about

  • My training provider is always there to support if she ever feels i need help when working towards my qualifications

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think because our qualification is for customer service and not business administration although some skills are transferable to each it can sometimes be hard for my qualification to help me accurately perform

  • Babcock have loads of networking activities and groups to get involved in

  • Yes

  • I really enjoy my job and where i work, i feel like the business has so much room for growth and provides you with so much support to do so

  • Just be yourself, Babcock don't always care about having the highest qualifications as long as you show you are willing to learn and develop
