My daily role is working on our ticketing system and helping customers with their Queries. These could be to do with licensing, networking, replacement parts and much more. We are the first line of contact a customer would reach before there query is resolved. My communications methods include phones, emails and our ticketing platform to speak to customers regarding their queries.
I have improved my confidence with talking to people that I do not know. This has been developed through the phones when speaking to customers. In addition my time management skills have improved as I have to stay on top of my tasks. Finally my organisational skills have improved as I have to juggle around a few things in a day such as meetings and tasks.
I have really enjoyed the programme so far. It has been so good and such a fun and enjoyable company to work for. The support is always there whenever you need it and everyone is so friendly. The apprenticeship[p work itself has allowed me to work towards qualifications which is great.
My programme is really well structured. I have one day a week where I can just crack on with my apprenticeship work without having to worry about my normal daily job. This allows me to focus and complete the work to the best of my ability. My learning mentor is very good and organised.
I receive so much support from my employer. There is always someone to ask for support and people are always happy to help you when you are asking questions.
I receive plenty of support from my training provider. He is really hands on and is happy for me to message him at anytime and he will answer my questions.
100% Much of the information I have learnt on my training courses is relevant to my daily role and this has helped me resolve customer tickets.
There is plenty. Probably to many. However, my favourites are the football, social events and I am even doing a tough mudder next month!
