I go to work and I will catch up on some emails. After catching up on emails, I will look at what a customer has bought and upload their license on our snow platformzz
I have learnt new skills in excel such as functions. This has helped me be more efficient with my job as I use excel daily.
I really enjoy the programme because it is helping me better myself and increase my skills. My learning mentor is also great as he is always helping me out with things that I get stuck on.
It is very organised as the meetings are set very far in advance, allowing me enough time to finish extra apprenticeship work as well as make meetings with customers at a time that doesn't clash with my apprenticeship meetings.
I receive a lot of support from my employer as my manager is always reminding me catch up on tasks and to inform him if I am in need of extra help.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider because I can always message my learning mentor on teams if I am in need of help and he will always respond by either sending me a reply or giving me a quick call.
I feel as though my qualification helps me better perform better in my role because it teaches me how to use excel which I predominantly use with in my day to day role
There are a lot of activities we can get involved in at softcat, such as the cricket team and many other sports throughout the year.
Yes
Softcat has a great culture, the people here are great and you are never felt left out. Everyone is forthcoming and they make you feel included.
I would say to go for it because it is great on a CV and it will help you do better in the future.
