  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would not say the programme is greatly structured/organised. as we are the first intake a lot of the people within the department weren't aware of the requirements an apprentice has to complete and to what level. i have taken this in stride and used this to my advantage to gain the best out of the placements i have been put in.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is very encouraging of my doing well during the apprentice. the early careers team however do not necessarily have all the answers to my questions and can take some time to get an update on what i should be doing. they have however allowed me the opportunity to get involved with additional initiatives to help grow my skills and network

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • limited support has been given thus far. we have had multiple sessions in preparation of assignment and these have no relevance to the assignment itself. there has been no support with regards to examples on how an assignment should be formulated but rather you have to wait for feedback to see where improvements can be made

  • my qualification helps me to understand why we do business the way we do, how this impacts the customer and our stakeholders, and the benefits we receive as part of this.
