I am responsible for the EMEA Interns as well as managing the HR inbox and supporting the HR business partners. I also review and present exit survey results to the wider HR team.
I have developed my communication skills, through face to face communication as well as via email. I have also enhanced my excel skills. A new skill which I have learnt is the navigation of Workday, which is the platform used to manage our employees.
I really enjoy the programme as it allows me to enhance my current skillset as well as broadening my HR knowledge. This also intertwines with my Level 3 CIPD studies, which Christie's is highly supportive of.
The programme is well structured and the business is highly understanding of my apprenticeship requirements and needs. They constantly are asking how I am getting on, and are engaged with my learning.
My employer is highly understanding of my apprenticeship needs and is aware that I require 1 day off a week to dedicate that to my studies, and are more than happy with this.
My training provider is supportive and when I experience difficulties or require further clarification they are willing to support.
By studying my CIPD it allows me to gain a deeper understanding of HR, which helps to develop my on the job skills.
I have attended multiple networking events as well as helped to arrange them.

I would recommend Christies as they are a highly supportive organization with such a variety of different departments. I love the fact that Christies is highly understanding of my apprenticeship requirements. I really enjoy coming into work everyday as the culture of the business is highly welcoming and friendly.
I would recommend having an understanding of the operations which take place within the organization as well as their company history.
