Yes, I have improved my organisational and communication skills. Which I improved on the job, working alongside clients and planning my workflow to meet deadlines
I think the structure of my course is amazing, from the time we spend at university learning towards our professional level exams and the time we spend working. We join the firm during busy season, which I believe helps fast track our progress and allow us to learn a great amount.

A lot of support is provided, from financial support such as bursaries and competitive pay, to career coaches and support networks.
The university have amazing support networks and provide us with dedicated mentors. Lectures are always available to speak to and I believe provide us with the teaching and resources to complete our qualification
The qualification gives me a better understanding to our role, it also provides me with the technical knowledge to complete the work.

They have a great working culture, I believe they look after their staff, as they provide substantial pay rises and bonuses to help in the cost of living crisis.
