  • 2. What training and skills development did you learn from your work experience?
  • I developed my communication skills as I had a large team. My Excel skills hugely improved. I gained a greater understanding of what an auditor does on a day-to-day basis.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed working with PwC. There was always opportunity to learn and meet people, develop new skills and gain a greater understanding. The office building was modern, social, friendly and a great environment to work.

  • It was very well organised. I enjoy that it is during the academic year meaning I don't have to take time out of my university holidays for work experience.

  • 5. How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?
  • I would go to the office the majority of days so I learned a lot about company culture through being in the office and talking to people there. The office is very social and has a relaxed environment which I appreciated.

  • It helped hugely and certainly showed that this is an area I want to work in during the future.

  • Yes, we would have regular team socials. The kitchen area and coffee machine was a good way to interact with others. The post-signing team de-briefs were a god way to celebrate all our hard work during the audit.

  • I enjoy the work culture and the people (in my experience) were all lovely and willing to help.
