  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • At the beggining i found it daunting , especially when completing my first project/.essay , but once that was under my belt and i took on board the feedback i found it really enjoyable m, espcially learning about methods i hadnt known before . Their is always an element of pressure but like anything you create good habits and they see you through the programme

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised . I also beleive i enjoyed the programme because i too am well organised . You get into a goo routine , you have your workshop , you do some learning then complete your assignment . It is so varied that you havent got time to dwell you are moving onto your next topic but they are all interlinked

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Ample support . I ws allowed my 1 day a week away from the business which really helped . I had head of people trying to complete the assignments alongside their day job and this wasnt ossible for me . When I had my set day for my apprentiship i knew that my head was only focused on that . Whenever i had some sickness or holidays ( Which does happen) i found trying to catch up a bit tougher and prefered my routine

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Immense support .She was always at the end of a phonecall and was extremely flexible . I had to move calls and dates with her all the time due to my line of work , especially as we were going through a restructure but she always was accomodating and made sure that this didnt consume my day to day job through her support and flexibility

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Im not sure I am performing better as I have always liked to think of myself as a top performer but i certainly can structe myself better and also find that my prioritisation of tasks is much more effective as i can plan things in knowing full well i will complete them as i did with my aprentiship .

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Their is always something going on , newtworking events although since covid they have become a lot less frequent , and since i personally have changed Roles , As a Bank manager you are a lot more hands on than in other roles and whilst you are supporting colleagues to be their best , at times with the staffing you have to get involved yourself a lot more with custoemrs also which is great but can take up a lot of time in a day

You will get support and also you will be given opportunities to really progress , i suppose like anything and any job if youare somewhere for a very long time you become part of the furniture and if you have been successful then the challenge is how you maintin that success and consistency the longer you areherer , for new leaders adn new groups that are ever evolving and changing
