My role at the time was Customer Advisor developing into Technical Operations Support. I processed back-office transactions and investigated any fallouts.
Yes, leardership skills which helped me obtaina promotion to my current role
It was incredibly useful to learn new skills required to be in a leadership position
Very structured, we used a system called OneFIle which detailed the remaining tasks
At first I didn't get the 20% study time each week however this was corrected and any hours in LIEU were worked. I was fully supported by my employer
