My role day to day is to manage a team who complete proceees and ensre all cases are are completed accuate, and all development and one to ones and MOCR a quarter are all completed.
Yes i have learnt alot of new skills through completing THe Level 5 Opeartions Manangement course
The programme was excellent as it broadens your mind set
THe programme was very well structured, the tutors are there constanlty to guide you
I recieved alot of support all the time through out
The training was effective as the rainer made sure we all understood the day by checking understanding
I have more awaresness and understand myself alot more
