I am working in a Premier Inn as a front of house member I am working on the reception I have shift on the restaurant as well mainly on breakfast.
Yes I learned new skills, during this years as the brand standards and my language skill improved significantly.
I did as I learned many things from hospitality and like legislation, life in Britain
Is structured very well
Not much but if I need any material to print or need a check up I can count with them.
I got sufficient support to reach my goal.
As I understand better the mechanisms of the hospitality and legislation made my daily routine easier
Not really what we have is meetings but that, only work related and once a year we have a Christmas party.

Because is a safe work place and if someone can become familiar with the standards can really enjoy this role.
