  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work as a teaching assistant, I am in charge of doing toast in the mornings and making sure the children are doing what they are supposed to do. I then work with a child on a 1 to 1 basis each lesson. I work with them yo make sure they understand what to be doing and that they are aware of the expectations that we have.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have improved my communication skills with not just the children but my coworkers aswell. I have developed my bahadur management skills alot since working here. I have developed my time keeping and organisational skills as in my place of work this is very important. I have also gained problem solving aswell.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enhoy it very much not just the place of work which is amazing put the people on the inspire team who have helped me through alot and make me feel comfortable during my apprenticeship. I have never worked somewhere where I feel so excited to come in to work.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very organised and structured I always know exactly what I am supposed to be doing and when by. Even when my tutors changed th flow of my assignments stayed the same. I have never been left confused or without something todo and I am confident in all the assignments that have came my way.

  • Very much support they were very helpful no matter what troubles I had a new I could always go to them.

  • All without the support I wouldn't of done as well as I did.

  • Alot, I learned so much that applied to my everyday job and I improved so much over the duration.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I couldn't of asked for a better company to support me through out, they were understanding completely of any of my mental health troubles and supported me throughout and helped me complete the course even when I thought I couldn't.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Inspire ATA Ltd.?
  • Just be open and honest about what you have that you feel is holding you back and tell them because they will help you and put things in place to get you through it.
