  • I enjoy the work, learning new things and working in teams

  • Very well structured - there are 3 distinct stages of the year and support provided throughout

  • The employer provides career coaches and other points of contacts including buddies

  • The uni are great, we get loads of support from lecturers

  • The qualification is very relevant to the role - I feel that I know a lot more knowledge than last year so am able to perform work to a higher standard

  • There are some social events, there is also a few sports teams but I've never had chance to go!

  • Very good experience especially as a training/graduate job
