  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Most of the skills I've learnt have all been new, but the apprenticeship has also given me the tools to build on my existing skills and allowed me to be able to apply these directly to my role and department with measurable results.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the program and I'm very grateful to be given this opportunity to develop my skills in the area I find interesting. However, the programme has felt stressful at times with a high workload and specific targets to meet. Tough but enjoyable!

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure in place works well in theory but as we were the first cohort to be trialed on this course, there were times when the course had to be rearranged to suit people's needs. Also the programme and assessments are over complicated
