Managing a technical innovation team supporting manufacture of an established pharmaceutical product
new coding skills in python and SQL, better skills around data presentation/storytelling
Really enjoyable programme with plenty of stretch. Interesting but challenging topics and modules
Good structure, organisation a bit hard to judge since the course has been extended since the start so module dates have changed and the personal mentors/coaches have changed several times
No issues with support for apprenticeship through the employer
Support available via the coach and the new Help Centre. The coach has changed several times and that means it's hard to build relationship/rapport when they change.
Helps me in some of the activities but also helps me understand how i need to shape the future organisation to build these skills and capabilities for the future
