Organisational Skills Leadership Presenting Confidence
I enjoy it because we’re guided by our AZ values, every one of us is empowered and inspired to thrive, making a real difference to patients, society and our company. We search for solutions that prevent, treat and even cure some of the world’s most serious health challenges.
it is individually derived. Your organisational skills will determine the structure of this programme because it is all online and independent learning.
There are lots of support available as here at AZ we have many individuals who are skilled/specialised at various aspects of health and safety. I personally receive great help from my mentor and line manager. Also, support from the wider apprenticeship group - there are always opportunities to upskill.
They have been helpful in giving past sample assignments which is valuable. But again, it is all independent learning.
My role consists of learning key aspects such as current regulations and industrial standards - this has been key when applying to real life situations.
There are lots of social activities amongst apprentices and also wider AZ. There are too many to name whether it is outside of work hours or inside - AZ definitely keeps you occupied and looks after your wellbeing. I am involved in a weekly football club.
Yes
AZ values me as an employee and especially they are considerate of my well-being. Everyone here is friendly and approachable regardless of hierarchy. It is an awesome place to work.
Research the AZ values. Connect with the interviewer - maintain a positive relationship. Feel free to ask any and as much questions.
