    • I think it is really well organised and a good work/study balance

    • A lot of support, having a supportive line manger and team makes my experience a lot better

    • I have great support from my training provider. If i’m ever in doubt i am able to just email my coach and ask for help

    • I think it aligns really well with my role so i am able to understand what work my teams are working on and help out where i can

    • I am part of a hockey team, I play tennis and coach football on the weekends
