I have learnt to reach out for help, how to code and understand basic code
I’m really enjoying this opportunity and experience
I think it is really well organised and a good work/study balance
A lot of support, having a supportive line manger and team makes my experience a lot better
I have great support from my training provider. If i’m ever in doubt i am able to just email my coach and ask for help
I think it aligns really well with my role so i am able to understand what work my teams are working on and help out where i can
