    • Very supportive employer, adjust to wants and needs, to mine. If there is an area i want to explore and learn they are willing to get me experience in that.

    • It is an additional tool that teaches the theory of most work/ the fundamental skills that are needed at work.

    • Mainly social activities and volunteering, Between teams there are things organized to play sports.

    • Very good opportunity to develop hand on experience as well as learn at the same time. UBS very supportive and willingly compromise to meet your wants and need. Very flexible
