Team Leader and Duty Manager. Opening or closing the business. Running shifts, ensuring all goes smoothly. Counting tills and doing pay-ins at the end of the night.
Yes, I have developed more skills and also gained confidence within my job role.
I enjoy learning new information and completing tasks, however I do find some of the tasks are repetitive and worded oddly which can make it a little confusing.
It’s well organised and easy to navigate Aptem. I wish more of the smaller activities could be signed off as completed instead of it having to be the activity / subject as a whole.
