It can come in many forms of Jobs from modification and repair of equipment. Using specialty equipment for many of these jobs can be involved. But everyday can be a new and different task
The usage and operation of many specialty tools and equipment, alongside applicable mathematics skills and graphical design skills
Overall the program has been very good but the educational institute requires some improvement
On site it is very well structured and there is always something new to learn, but the college work has either felt rushed or too slack
If i have ever had a problem they have always been available to help
NVQ support has been incredible and I cannot fault the trainer with all the assistance and visits they have provided to ensure we have work complete. BTEC has had its ups and downs I also cannot fault Maitham for his continued support
Overall I have never gone into a task in my role worried about my understanding of the task and if I did not know anything there was always help at hand.
I am currently in a Apprentice Newsletter team that has had good networking opportunities but outside this its very fair to see other apprentices

I was in a job for 9 years prior and can honestly say its been the best decision of my life, I have an employer that feels supportive, I have very competitive pay that is always improving on my performance and the work environment is very pleasant
Keep you head down, crack on with your work and make sure to be pleasant with your fellow apprentices as your all in the same position and support from others will always make it easier for you.
