Packing, picking, learning and development, coaching, instructing is what I do at Amazon on a day to day basis. I work 4 to 6 days a week, depending on overtime which gives me an opportunity to do different roles around the FC. I do enjoy all roles but I prefer L&D.
I've learned most of the critical roles on all the process I was able to do during my apprenticeship. This apprenticeship has opened my eyes a lot more and gave me a deeper understanding on how the supply chain is run in an Amazon FC.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme, as it offers so much to learn from. I quite enjoy a challenge, so it was very enjoyable.
Very well organised. The BUD app is very easy to follow and allows learning and easy access to trainers if help is required.
Because the apprenticeship is new to the FC, my employer didn't have as much information they had hoped for and could not offer the required support needed.
I received ample amounts of support . She offers alot of support and really helped me through this apprenticeship. Without her support and guidance I would have really struggled to complete tasks.
It gives me a lot more knowledge on how the supply chain works. I had none before I started the apprenticeship and now I feel confident enough to be able to explain it from A to Z to anyone who asks.
Not that I know of. There maybe some, and I have come across them yet.
Yes
Brilliant place to work and it offers so many benefits.
Work hard, have fun. It all pays off I put the hard work in.
