Lead a team of 7 operators in my plant which manufactures instant coffee
Learnt more on the legal side and on how to motivate, however I have just started my apprenticeship so there is more to come
Enjoyable so far, but have only just started
First week seemed very crammed, not much input since but help is available
A lot of support, they give me time of the job and new opportunities
When asked they are relatively quick at replying they do also have support functions like the library
Has not changed performance so far but I have only just started the apprenticeship

Good company to work for l if you want to progress they are usually accommodating as long as you have the right behaviours
