  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I look forward to logging on for work in the morning. I have hybrid working, which is the best of both worlds. The salary is good, holidays are good, and I enjoy my job and find it rewarding. I also couldn't ask for a better line manager.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • Dependent on which sector you are applying for, get to know the product, and more importantly what it is used for and by whom. Don't count out any experience you have if you think it isn't relevant - you'll have more transferrable skills than you think
