  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I do not receive a lot of support from the employer and they were not aware that we needed to tick off certain skills and competencies in work despite previous graduates from the course. We have raised this with work, however we are yet to see any changes.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We receive the relevant support, however because the employer is not supportive enough when we raise this to the provider, they just put it back on the employer and the two of them just bounce off each other rather than one of them taking responsibility.

    4/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

  • 9a. Would you recommend Connect Health to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • They are a good employer and develop all their staff as much as possible. The only issue is that they do not appear to have any structure to courses they put staff on.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Connect Health?
  • Be ready to work hard.
