Yes nestle has taught me so many skills not only in supply chain but also personal
I loved being on scheme, work was so flexible when it came to study leave and if I had deadlines coming up
Really well organised, I was able to see when my study weeks were well in advance so I could plan holidays around it and also knew when my assignments were due
Nestle gave so much support and we was provided a mentor/champion that was always there if we needed them, they provided support on work/ study and also more personal support if needed to.
Received a lot of support from them when I needed it
Gave me alot of understanding of different roles, as I only got 3 rotations
Yes we have loads of social activities such as quiz nights, rounders at lunch time in the summer, summer fairs we can get involved in and help out and enjoy. They are just a few but there are many other activities to get involved in
Yes
Nestle provide so much support on and off scheme and there are so many opportunities you can take there. Also the free chocolate is a plus too :)
Be yourself :)
