  • I enjoy learning new things.

  • Very structured and organised... clear tasks and timeline... good feedback from my Lifetime learning coordinator.

  • Lots of training but not enough time with line manager for apprenticeship and not enough time for on the job training.

  • Lots... Biweekly calls as well as online chats, seminars and networking.

  • It has helped me progress from Deputy Hotel Manager to Hotel Manager.
