Hotel Manager, overview of hotel for recruitment, team, safety, finance and compliance.
Both: leadership techniques around change and forward planning are new skills, communication and brand standards are developed skills.
I enjoy learning new things.
Very structured and organised... clear tasks and timeline... good feedback from my Lifetime learning coordinator.
Lots of training but not enough time with line manager for apprenticeship and not enough time for on the job training.
Lots... Biweekly calls as well as online chats, seminars and networking.
It has helped me progress from Deputy Hotel Manager to Hotel Manager.
