The learning is ongoing, although I now understand the company guidelines in several different areas.
Learning about the business on a bigger scale than just the department I work in currently.
After the initial week away, we have been left to do the course on our own. It has felt a bit isolated without a route to gather information, nobody to ask anything from. I am not sure if we are doing it right or wrong.
The 6hrs hours a week feels like it will be a problem very shortly as more people are off on holiday and as the department ramps up, I personally do about 15 hours a week in the library studying.
Not got that far yet.
I am not at manager level currently but I hope this course will eventually lead me onto that role.
