I work in different teams with many different departments. I help out with early careers within work also.

Yes
Because its a good community feel. Lots of lovely people and a well ran apprenticeship programme with plenty of different things to be getting on with and plenty of support if/when needed.
Don't flunk the interview process - its hard but try you hardest and research everything you can about your area.
