We are given different placements in different areas of the business so could be based ina place that covers cost, risk , ethics etc.
Most definitely being in a development program that means we have to make sure we tick off skills and knowledge to progress in our apprenticeship
i enjoy it because somehow my role is helping the launch of submarines from the dock
I think it is the most structured and organised it can be due to BAR being government funded money cant be wasted
A lot of support we have people we can contact at anytime if we have issues
Plenty we can email them any queries and have set university days where we can ask questions and gain support
It helps a lot due to it being a lot more academic you learn the theory a lot more in university rather than just doing your job in placement
We have networking get together's with our cohort and also sometimes projects based on getting extra skills gained
Yes
It is a large employer and looks after it's employees, it is very safe and I feel it is only going to give more opportunities
Persevere as the as sometimes it can be difficult to get through all the stages before interview.
