Client facing role, working in retail property management, liaising with tenants and landlords, collecting rents, raising turnover and completing leases for new tenants to enter occupation.
I have become more confident in communicating with clients as the role is client facing.
The programme is very supportive and accommodating. it challenges me to allow development.
Quite well structured, it allows for a substantial amount of work to be done during the week and enough time for study time too.
i have structured in catch ups with line managers as well as other teams that I work with, allowing for support to be provided constantly.
We have formal catch ups every 3 months to monitor progress, they also have support systems that you can schedule.
