In my role, I was assisting senior members of the team with the current instructions. I would attend site , take pictures & notes and then write up the report back at the office.
I have learnt a lot. With it being in an environment where I am surrounded by professionals who have been in the industry for years, you quickly pick up knowledge from them.
I didn't enjoy my time in my previous team. I have been lucky to recently have been able to change team and division very recently and am enjoying it a lot more.
the programme is very well structured with a great team within Savills looking after the apprentices.
in my experience I have received a lot of help from Savills. I had daily interactions with my manager and frequent interactions with the apprenticeship team internally at Savills.
I have a quarterly meeting with my Apprenticeship Outcome Officer in which she is very helpful, apart from that, not as much.
The modules have helped me in my everyday role as I am putting the skills learnt to the test.
there are sports teams however they are not often, maybe a few weeks a year.
Yes
Its a great company with lovely people. Its stature in the industry is unmatched and the experience you gain is second to none
make sure you learn about the company's values and goals and be able to speak about them. Also have a prior understanding of the industry you are getting into. extensive knowledge is not required, however needs to be enough to show that you have an interest.
