become more confident in a professional space, skills using tools such as teamcenter and excel.
it is really beneficial as i learn so much and feel confident that the apprenticeship scheme will enable me to be successful in my career
i have clear contacts and they give great support when / if i have any issues
more support from the early careers team than the placement manager
enough, however they do have space to improve when delivering the work
due to the programme we are creating it can be hard to see the direct comparison as it is so large. however it will benefit me when i aim to work my way up the career ladder as a degree gives me the upper hand
