  • it is really beneficial as i learn so much and feel confident that the apprenticeship scheme will enable me to be successful in my career

  • i have clear contacts and they give great support when / if i have any issues

  • more support from the early careers team than the placement manager

  • enough, however they do have space to improve when delivering the work

  • due to the programme we are creating it can be hard to see the direct comparison as it is so large. however it will benefit me when i aim to work my way up the career ladder as a degree gives me the upper hand
