My role is look after Occupiers commercial property portfolios, including rent reviews, break dates, relocations, acquisitions and disposals. I also offer strategic advise to my clients on projects they are currently undertaking.
I have lots not of new skills with regards to strategic analysis of properties as well as your typical IT and communication skills.

Yes lots of social activities happen throughout the year, sports clubs to get involved in not just london based but regionally and networking events are strongly encouraged.

It is a great place to work, they look after their employees as well as being exposed to amazing opportunities.
Be yourself and get as much work experience as possible. Doesn't have to be property related but just so you can should you are a hard worker and skills you have.
