  • I feel that the qualification and the desk based learning allowed me to understand certain processes and procedures in the work place a lot better and clearer. • 9a. Would you recommend Rochdale Council to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I have had a good experience and I think if you work hard, there are great opportunities for development and to be able to climb the ranks. The council is vast so there is always opportunities to explore and gain experience in a different department such as children's services, schools and Education, Finance and even IT.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rochdale Council?
  • Go for it! It is a nice place to work. A lot of developmental opportunities and A lot of other social activities to be able to get involved in. Once you have a position within the company it is easier to also see what other departments there are should you wish to expand your knowledge and experience.
