Software Developer - Creating test plans, building code, testing code.
I have learnt many different skills such as how to code, how to do documentation correctly, and improved on my communication skills.
I enjoyed my programme as it was at a steady pace which allowed me to progress effectively.
I feel very valued at Capgemini as they have invested time and money into me, and proved this even further by sponsoring me to go to university to do a degree in computer science.
It was well structure because i had an intense 12 week boot camp when i first joined, which i then progressed into the business. I had to do my apprenticeship QA work alongside this.
My training provider was easily contactable and gave me support when needed
My employer supports me in any way that i need it.
My salary is very good for someone starting out in IT, and it easily exceeds my costs.
Yes there are opportunities
Yes
I would recommend a friend as Capgemini are a massive company with a huge reputation, and have proved how good their apprenticeship programme's are.
