I have improved my confidence as when I started I was not as confident as I am now. I have developed my communication skills as sometimes I would have to ring parents that do not understand English and I would have to translate for them. I also learnt behaviour management strategies.
I enjoy the programme very much. Every day brings a new challenge. I also enjoy going on school trips with my class as this allows me to see a different side of the pupils and see them in a different environment.
Very. I have meetings with my tutor often, and during those meetings, my tutor ensures that I know what is coming up and what I should be doing. It's very simple to know what you have to do and what to do to achieve it correctly.
From my experience, whenever I asked for support someone was there to support me with what I needed. They provide me with training opportunities and staff members are always happy to answer any questions if I am unsure of something.
My training provider provides me with all the support I need. They provide me with advice on what I can do if I am unsure about something. They also advised me how to get the most out of my time during the course, for example, I could do different courses/readings that will go towards my portfolio.
I feel that my qualification helps me to perform better in my role because it gives me a deeper understanding of my roles and responsibilities.
There are extra-curricular activities to get involved in at my work that will help me become better at my role within the school and at developing relationships with other people.
Yes
I would recommend Inspire because they provide the support you need to become experienced/skilled in your profession. They will also help you with every step of your course to make sure you achieve your best and get the most out of your course.
Make sure you complete your assignments on time. Make the most out of your time on the course and do not be scared to ask people for help.
