i am a fabricator apprentice and I work with sheet and plate metal.
yes i have learnt to work as a team player and i now have a lot of courage to share my thoughts and ideas with the rest of my team.
i very much enjoy my job and would recommend to anyone
it is well organised there are sometimes a few diversions but nothing out of the ordinary.
as an apprentice my employer is very supportive and productive, he will help or give advice with anything you need
i receive a sufficient amount of support and courage from my trainer.
my training provider gives us all the tools and equipment which helps with our qualifications.

because they are a very well run business with a lot of perks and opportunities and at the end the qualifications you get will help you to get any job you want, bae is a very successful business.
